<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier provided with a filter medium being inexpensively prepd., with no necessity of solvent and with high reliability. SOLUTION: An opening end face part 31d of a filter fabric 31 formed of a water purifying pipe wherein a filter member 30 is constituted by two members such as a double-folded filter fabric 31 in which a circular opening hole part 31e is provided at the central part of a rectangular woven fabric raw material and a plurality of sheets of separators for preventing the filter fabrics 31 from welding, is prepd. by sandwiching the separaters consisting of a material with a melting temp. being lower than that of the filter fabrics 31 and sealing tightly them by heat press welding. The filter member 30 can be prepd. in this manner without sewing work to decrease the manufacturing cost. In addition, it becomes unnecessary to apply a sealing agent using a solvent and it is good in the point of environment and hygienic consideration. Furthermore, the effective area of filtering of the filter fabric 31 becomes const. to obtain a water purifier with stable quality and high reliability.</p> |
