<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make its possible to freely change the size, shape, etc., of an extruded material by providing a member for replacement composed of a cylindrical body which can be inserted/attached/detached into/to/from the extrusion hole of a die in a device equipped with the die in which an extrusion hole for extruding a compressed material is bored openingly. SOLUTION: In a die 3 which is integrated into a compression volume reduction solidification apparatus, etc., for waste such as plastic waste, members 33 for replacement are inserted into extrusion holes 32 bored openingly in a main body 31, respectively. The member 33 for replacement, which is shaped into a cylinder in which a screw part 331a is formed in the front end part, and a step part 331b is formed in the rear end part, is composed of a cylindrical body 331 which is inserted extraction-preventingly into an extrusion hole from the inside and a nut 332 which meets helically with the cylindrical body 331 and clamps the body 331 to the die 3. For the member 33 for replacement, ones in which the areas and shapes of the cross section of the hollow part of the cylindrical body 331 are made different are prepared, and they can be selected optionally. A cleaning pin mechanism 7 is attached to the die 3.</p> |
