PURPOSE:To improve the sliding property and resistance to contamination and the like of a steel plate, by forming on said steel plate, a coating film being composed of a mixture of emulsion or sol of resin having the weatherability and dispersion or powder of resin containing fluorine. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of emulsion or sol of resin having the weatherability and emulsion or powder of resin containing fluorine is applied on a steel plate by means of brush coating, roll coating or soaking etc. Then, the mixture applied on the steel plate is dried at about 90-100 deg.C and, baked at about 150-200 deg.C or processed into the sol state, thereby to form a coating film of the mixture. The resin with weatherability is in the state of emulsion or sol such as acrylic emulsion paint, vinylchloride sol. Meanwhile, tetrafluoroethylene or the like is employed in the state of emulsion or powders for the resin containing fluorine. |
