<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of lines by establishing connection after any one of plural lines is selected so that the load of the line can be distributed in the case of transmission to another communication system. SOLUTION: When operating a proportional distribution control part 13 corresponding to the designation of a user in a network communication system, the designated connection number ratios and line information of lines 21-23 are set in advance and when starting the system, the control part 13 calculates the total designated connection ratio and connection number percentage and respectively sets them to opposite side system information and line information. Next, when establishing the connection, the total established connection number and established connection number ratio are calculated and set to the opposite side system information and line information, and the connection is established by selecting a line for which the established connection number ratio is minimum. Thus, loads are distributed corresponding to the capacity for each line by selecting the line to be used so that the ratios of established connection numbers can be equal.</p> |
