The spherical inorganic pigment having a outside diameter of 2- 20 Pm and a inside diameter of 1- 10 Pm is composed of purified water, 0.1- 3.0 wt.% of one or more polymer selected from xanthan gum, karaya gum, vinyl carboxylate polymer, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, polypyrrolidone, acacia gum, 0.1- 15 wt.% of volatile silicone oil having a boiling point of 100- 300 deg.C, 2- 30 wt.% of inorganic pigments and 0.02- 9.0 wt.% of non-ionic surfactant such as glycerine monostearate, sorbitan monostearate, etc.
