PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a rotary transformer and reduce its cost by simultaneously firing a disk-shaped ferrite molded body, a coil, insulating layers, lead-out electrodes, terminal electrodes and disk-shaped ferrite layers at a temperature below a specified value, and thereby integrating them into one. SOLUTION: Conductive paste is printed on one side of a disk-shaped ferrite molded body 1 to form a coil pattern 2 there. Insulating layers 3 crossing the coil pattern 2, except for the inward end and outward end of the coil pattern 2, are formed. Lead-out electrodes 4 connected to the coil pattern 2 through through holes 7, terminal electrodes 9 connecting to the lead-out electrodes 4, and an insulating layer 5 are screen-printed on the insulating layers 3. Arc- shaped ferrite layers 6 are formed on the inward side and outward side of the coil pattern 2. Further, the disk-shaped ferrite molded body 1, the coil pattern 2, the insulating layers 3, 5, the lead-out electrodes 4, the terminal electrodes 9, and the arc-shaped ferrite layers 6 are simultaneously fired at a temperature below 1000 deg.C to integrate them into one. This achieves the miniaturization and cost reduction of a rotary transformer.
|
