PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely notify even a visually handicapped person of the obstacle on a passage. SOLUTION: On the upper surface of a bendable band-shaped rubber sheet 3A, a sheet 3 is composed of plural sheets of braille type panels 3B having plural protruding parts 3Ba which are mounted via an adhesive and project upward. On the lower surface of the rubber sheet 3A, plural grooves and protruding parts extending in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the rubber sheet 3A are alternately provided. On the upper surface side of the rubber sheet 3A, a thin flesh part extending in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the rubber sheet 3A is formed. On the lower surface of the sheet 3, a sensor 4 detecting a passerby is arranged and a broadcasting means 5 performing the operation of the sensor 14 and an attention broadcasting are provided.
