RESIDENT CARD ISSUE ORDER DETERMINING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resident card issue order determining device which is sufficiently adaptive to a legal reform by determining issue order according to an individual's birthday when an individual relationship code is the same. SOLUTION: A family classification part 11 sorts the heads of families in KANJI(Chinese character) code order to classify the families and an interfamily family head's lineal relationship code sorting part 12 sorts the families according to the lineal relationship codes of the heads of the families; when there are families having the same family head relationship code, a family-to-family head birthday order sorting part 12 sorts the families in the birthday order of the heads of the families and an intra-family individual lineal relation code order sorting part 21 sorts the individuals in a family in the order of lineal relationship codes. When there are individuals having the same lineal relationship code in a family, an in-family individual birthday order sorting part 22 sorts them in birthday order to determine resident's card issue order.
