<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the malfunction in the synchronizing part of a spread spectrum receiver and to surely and quickly enable a synchronous acquisition. SOLUTION: The code synchronizing part 203 of a spread spectrum receiver is provided with a correlation detector 101 detecting the correlation of a reception signal and a spreading code for reference and generating a correlation output signal, a timer part 102 receiving a correlation output signal, performing a time measurement, outputting one or plural window signals of a prescribed time width and outputting a time-up signal after prescribed time passes, a reception decision part 103 counting the number of generation of the correlation output signal within a window period and outputting a reception presence/ absence signal, a timer reset part 104 resetting the timer part 102 when the reception presence/absnece signal shows the absence of the reception and a synchronizing control part 105 receiving a time-up signal and controlling the starting of the synchronized pull-in operation of a synchronizing part 106.</p> |
