摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a lower maintenance charge with higher reliability by determining abnormality inside an uninterruptive power supply as quickly as possible. SOLUTION: An input current waveform to an uninterruptive power supply 1 and an output voltage waveform from the uninterruptive power supply 1 are taken into a waveform comparator 4 and a waveform analyzer 5 by an input current waveform detector 2 and an output voltage waveform detector 3. The waveform comparator 4 and the waveform analyzer 5 compare at last the output voltage waveform and an input current waveform frequency analysis data with a master output voltage waveform and a master input current waveform frequency analysis data in the normal operation stored in a memory device 6 and perform an analysis. When the results of the comparison and the analysis of the waveform exceed allowable ranges, an abnormality signal is outputted. An abnormality display device 7 displays the abnormality of the uninterrupive power supply 1 based on the abnormality signal. Data indicating abnormality are sent to a personal computer 10 on the side of a remote control sector through a communicator 8 and a public telephone circuit 9.
