FIELD: medicine, narcology. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of specific immune preparations to patients for prophylaxis of infectious disease in alcoholic persons. In part case, for detection of HBsAg in pregnant: alcoholism prophylaxis in child is begun by the combined administration of hyperimmune gamma-globulin and vaccine based on HBs by the schedule: 1-st vaccination - immediately after delivery and then at age 1, 2, 3, 6, 12 months and the following booster vaccination at age 3-5 years (under control of anti-HBs in immunized child serum). Immunoglobulin HBIg is injected at dose 1 ml, intramuscularly, and hepatitis B subunit vaccine - at dose 3-40 mcg, subcutaneously.
