FIELD: liqueur and vodka and alcoholic industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves water filtration through coal filter, treatment of softened water by reversed osmos, preparing mixture by mixing water with high quality ethanol, addition of additional components, exposition and product filtration. After filtration the softened water is subjected for additional ultradiaphragm treatment and reversed-osmotic treatment is carried out up to iron content in softened water less 0.1 mg/l, copper - less 0.1 mg/l, oxidizability - less 4.6 Omg/dm, hardness 0.61-0.76 mg-eq./l. Mixture is prepared from softened water and high quality ethanol, for example, from cereals where glycerol is added (0.8-1.2 kg per 1000 dal ready product). Additional filtration before exposition is carried out through coal layers that are treated preliminary with softened water up to negative reaction for Cl-ions presence. Ready product is kept for 2-2.5 hr. Product shows decreased alkalinity (0.25 smas compared with 3.6 smfor prototype), trace elements content. EFFECT: enhanced quality and taste of product. |
