SOLUTION: This device consists of the trace storage memory 15 in the in-circuit emulator device and a peripheral control circuit which controls the trace storage memory 15, and the recording method of the trace storage memory 15 of the in-circuit emulator device is recorded while divided into 1, its half, or 1 over a multiple of 1 or 2 (1/X: X is a multiple of 2). Further, the trace storage memory 15 is divided into 1, its half, or 1 over a multiple of 2 (1/X: X is a multiple of 2), 1 or >=2 divided areas are optionally selected as one recording area, and recording to and storaging in the selected areas are performed. |
