PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mark on either the front or back along its edge with a laser beam in order to clearly show the difference between the front and back in a plate- shaped work. SOLUTION: The device is constituted of a laser oscillator 8 and an optical unit 31. The first optical system is constituted of respective reflecting mirrors 11, 12 and an objective lens 16, and the secondary optical system is constituted of reflective mirrors 21, 22 and an objective lens 26. In the first optical system, a nut 13 is provided the reflecting mirror 12 to be movable to the left and light in parallel by a motor 15 via a ball screw 14 threaded. The rotational position of the motor 15 is regulated via a controller. A band-shaped work 9 is transferred in the longitudinal direction at a right-angle to the paper surface and irradiated with the laser beam along the edge of either the face A or B (the position from the edge is variable). Hear, the reflecting mirror 1 is displaced to the position shown with a full line in the case of irradiation on the surface A and to the position shown with a broken line in the case of irradiation on the surface B, respectively. |
