<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine a glass plate efficiently by providing a control means which controls a machining means and a conveyance means so that the glass plate is carried in and out for one machining section when the machining operation is done in the other machining section. SOLUTION: While a machining means 4 and a conveyance means 6 are controlled by a control means and the machining operation, for example, the formation of a main cutting line and grinding operation, is done in one machining section 15a, the formation of end cutting line and cutting work are performed in the other machining section 15b. Next, a glass plate which is cut in the other machining section 15b is conveyed to a machining section of the other set, the glass plate 2 is conveyed from a carry-in section 3 into the other machining section 15b, and the glass plate 2 which is machined by grinding in the machining section of the other set is conveyed to a carry-out section.</p> |
