PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically fasten a seat belt so as to improve seat belt fastening ratio in an automobile. SOLUTION: In a seat belt fastening device, an upper seat belt 1a and a lower seat belt 1b, which can be wound up via a winding mechanism 3 arranged in the side part of a seat 2, are mounted via a fixed guide body 4, a fastening body 6 is installed in the end parts of the seat belts, the upper seat belt 1a is passed through a ring body 51 formed in the end part of a winding apparatus 50 fixed on a ceiling, and a winding apparatus 58 lifting/lowering a wire 30 is installed via a forward/backward moving body 55 installed on the ceiling on the left side above the seat 2. In this way, the ring body 59 is installed in the winding apparatus 58, a receiving body 20 and a motor 29, which can be rotated in the normal/reverse direction, are arranged on the left side below the seat 2, the end part of the wire 30 is fixed in the fastening body 6, and winding is carried out by means of the motor 29 via the ring body 59 and the receiving body 20. |
