<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold a sheet in C with both surfaces of the sheet inside in a sheet folding device. SOLUTION: This device has the first folding path 242 and the second folding path 236 which are branched from sheet transfer paths 233, 240, respectively and the first deflector 234 and the second deflector 301 which open and close these paths. The folding paths 242, 236 are provided with the first and the second stoppers 245, 244 which stop the front end of a sheet 251 to be folded. The sheet 251 to be folded is folded in C with one surface thereof inside by disposing the first and the second deflectors 234, 301 at an open position and a closed position (two-dot chain line) and is folded in C with the other surface thereof inside by disposing the first and the second deflectors 234, 301 at the closed position and the open position.</p> |
