摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a use amount of a expensive self-lubricating composite material of high damage resistance by using the self-lubricating composite material to serve as a sliding surface, and reinforcing the surface by a shape memory alloy-made outer cylinder which is a high strength member. SOLUTION: A self-lubricating composite material 1 is arranged in an internal surface side of an outer ring slid with an inner ring, and also the outside of the material 1 is reinforced by a ring-shaped shape memory alloy-made outer cylinder 2. The outer ring is constituted of the self-lubricating composite material 1 to be tightened so as to form an integral unit by the shape memory alloy-made outer cylinder 2. As the inside of the inner ring serves as a sliding surface, a self lubricating composite material 5 is used in this part, and this outside is tightened by a shape memory alloy-made member 6 to be integrally formed. By integrally constituting through contraction of the shape memory alloy, the self-lubricating composite material receives action substantially by only compression stress, and by fixing with a shape wrapped by the shape memory alloy, when lubrication is excellent, even a material of low tensile strength can be utilized.</p>
