PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely attain charging processing when interruption of a radio link is restored within a prescribed time on the radio link is not restored by detecting the interruption of the radio link in the non-charging setting method for a mobile exchange in the case of occurrence of interruption of the radio link due to a fault of the radio link. SOLUTION: In the STEP 11, a radio link signal between a mobile exchange and a base station controller is monitored, in the STEP 12, when an interruption time of the radio link signal exceeds a prescribed time, a 2nd time count processing section is started. In the STEP 13, restoration of the radio link is detected before the time of the 2nd time count processing section expires, and in the Step 14, the line state sent from a base station controller is compared with the line state of the mobile exchange and when they are different, the line state is transited in a prescribed pattern. In the STEP 15, non-charging is imposed on an interrupted call among calls whose state is transited. |
