PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resistance converter for measuring apparatus requiring temperature compensation in which the resistance of a temperature compensation sensor in sensor probe can be matched easily with a reference resistance. SOLUTION: First and second operational amplifiers 31, 32 having identical negative feedback resistance RF1 , RF2 are connected together at the inverted input terminals 311, 321 thereof. Non-inverted terminal 312 of first operational amplifier is connected with a first external connection terminal T11 and non- inverted terminal 322 of second operational amplifier is connected with a third external connection terminal T21 . The first external connection terminal is connected through a reference resistor RS with the output side of second operational amplifier and the third external connection terminal is connected with the output side of first operational amplifier through a resistor selected from a resistor group Rx comprising a plurality of resistors connected in parallel. |
