PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the basic function as the system even if an irregular event is generated in the man-machine interface(MMI) part of a digital protection.control device. SOLUTION: A non-volatile memory 14 for storing the set value which is indispensable for running an apparatus and a CPU unit 8 for executing protection and control as the control object using the stored data of the non-volatile memory 14 are connected to a system bus 7 and man-machine interfaces 11, 12 for changing the setting, measurement and display of conditions which theoretically connect and disconnect the apparatus is also provided. Even when the man-machine interfaces 11, 12 are theoretically disconnected from the apparatus, the CPU unit 8 is capable of accessing the set value data of the non-volatile memory. |
