PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate a control current in an actuator without using a complicated arithmetic means of two-dimensional map or the like, by introducing a parameter formed by linear connection of a temperature and a control current, using this parameter, and calculating a valve opening in a functional relation to this parameter. SOLUTION: A temperature detecting actuator 1 in an idling speed controller(ISC) or the like of an automobile, generating drive force by detecting an environment and a temperature change of an equipment, is provided with a stator consisting of magnetic material forming a yoke 2, and an energizing power source 10 is provided in this stator. The actuator has a rotor which is a rotor magnet 4 rotatably provided in an opening of the stator, and temperature detecting magnetic materials 7, 8 are provided in any part in a magnetic path. A linear connection value Xr is calculated by a valve opening of the ISC, and a control current (i) is calculated by this linear connection value Xr and a represented temperature T. Where, Xr =A.t+B≈i, A, B are a constant determined from a shape of the actuator and a material characteristic value. |
