<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the discharge amount of dust emitted into the atmosphere at the time of starting a refuse incinerating facility. SOLUTION: The refuse incinerating facility comprises an incinerating furnace 1, a gas cooling chamber 2 for cooling exhaust gas by spraying water, a combustion air preheater 3 for heating the combustion air of the furnace 1, a white fuming preventing air heater 5 for heating the air for preventing the exhaust of white fuming from a stack 6, a bag filter 8 for removing the dust in the exhaust gas, and an induction fan 12 for guiding the exhaust gas of the filter 8 to the stack 6. A bypass line 4 of the exhaust gas detoured through the preheater 3 is provided, and a line burner 10 is provided at the upstream of the filter 8.</p> |
