PURPOSE:To obtain the excellent UV ink and ball pen aptitudes of the titled plate by mounting a photosensitive layer contg. o-naphthoquinone diazide sulfonic acid ester and a specified high polymer compd. on a supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contg. the o-naphthoquinone diazide sulfonic acid ester and the high polymer which has a structural unit shown by formula I and contains <=10wt.% a residual monomer, is mounted on the supporting body. In formula I, R1 and R2 are each hydrogen or halogen atom or alkyl, aryl or carboxylic acid group, R3 is hydrogen or halogen atom or alkyl or aryl group, R4 is hydrogen atom, alkyl, aryl or aralkyl group, Y is an aromatic group which may be substd., X is a bivalent org. group capable of linking a carbon atom contd. in an aromatic group and a nitrogen atom, (n) is an integer of 0-5. Thus, the positive type titled plate which has the good antichemical property, and enables a UV ink printing and has the excellent plate wear, is obtd. |
