FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: machine can be used for extraction of metal-containing sands from productive seam in developing underground placer deposits in permafrost ground areas. Machine has mechanical working member for lit-by-lit cutting of frozen ground and also two microwave emitters located symmetrically relative to machine for creating electromagnetic field, and device for displacement of emitters. This device is provided with lemniscate-type guiding unit with its one end carrying emitter which can be turned to vertical and horizontal position, and with its other end being movably connected with curvilinear guide member. Also provided is hydraulic jack with its one end pivotally attached to base, and with other end being hinge-connected to equalizer beam. One end of equalizer beam is pivotally fastened on base, and other end is connected with lemniscate-type guiding unit.
