PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily activate an object application software and to operate the application software without being conscious of the operation environment in a system in which many users select and operate many application softwares for job processings. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a menu means 7 for displaying the application software independently processed by a centralized processing system, a distributed processing system and a distributed computer as a menu unit fed regardless of the operation environment and a discrimination/activation means 8 for discriminating the operation environment of the application software selected by the user and activating the application software under the pertinent operation environment.
