PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the peeling of a solar cell panel by external force such as wind pressure by unifying a heat-insulating material, a corrugated type metal plate, etc., on the rear side of the solar cell panel, increasing the thickness of a panel frame body and elevating rigidity. SOLUTION: A heat-insulating material 3 having excellent heat-retaining properties and heat-storing properties and a reinforcing material 4 having superior rigidity are stuck integrally on the rear of a single or a plurality of amorphous silicon solar cell panels 2 installed on the roof of a house and the exterior wall, etc., of a building with adhesives B, and a solar cell module 1 is formed. A polystyrene foam, a polyethylene foam, a polyurethane foam, etc., having adhesive properties are used besides glass wool, carbon fibers, a refractory brick etc., as the heat-insulating material 3. A nonmetal such as glass can also be employed besides a stainless steel plate, a copper plate, an aluminum alloy plate, etc., as the reinforcing material 4. The generation of torsion due to wind pressure, etc., is prevented, and the peeling of the panel 2 is obviated. Accordingly, the reliability of solar cells can be improved. |
