<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of resistance material which can undergo a baking process simultaneously with a ceramic base board (in particular, low- temp. sintered board) to constitute a Cu electrode and can effectively form a built-in resistance having good characteristics in a ceramic multi-layer base board (in particular, low-temp. sintered multi-layer board). SOLUTION: The substance concerned chiefly contains at least one of the silicides of IVA group element, VA group element, and VIA group element, and thereto an inorganic binder is included. Examples of the cilicides are TiSi2 , NbSi2 , and CrSi2 . The mix proportion by wt. of the cilicide (resistance material) and inorganic binder should be 100-60 VS. 0-40. The material of the inorganic binder should prepared from a B-Si-Ba-Ca-Al series glass frit and at least one of the commonly based oxides having approx. the same composition as the material constituting the ceramic board.</p> |
