<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field fluorescent element in which its stable fluorescent characteristics can be maintained over a long time and its lower drive voltage is achieved. SOLUTION: In this element, at least an anode 2, an organic fluorescent layer 3, and a cathode 4 are laminated in order on a board 1. And, in a method for producing an organic electric field fluorescent element in which the anode 2 is a conductive metal oxide, the average coarseness of the center line of this anode 2 (Ra) is 2nm or less, and the organic electric field fluorescent element has the ratio of a center line depth (Rv) and a center line crest height (Rp) is 1.1 or more and 5 or less, the anode 2 laminated on the board 1, then acidified, thereafter, at least the organic fluorescent layer 3 and the cathode 4 are laminated in order.</p> |
