PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prevention device which does not require much time and labor for installation, facilitating conveyance thereof, and excellent in the effect of entwinement prevention as well as a manufacturing therefor. SOLUTION: This prevention device is so constructed that it is hollow double wall construction of a cylindrical main body and that a pair of halved semi-circle cylindrical bodies 1 and 2 are monolithically formed of light unpermeable synthetic resin in the longitudinal direction in a state to connect with a hinge section 3. The semi-circle cylindrical bodies 1 and 2 are provided with hollow sections 8 and 15 arranging ropes to opposed wall sections 6 and 13, a magnetic plate 23 of one wall section 13 of the opposed wall sections is magnetically attracted to a permanent magnet 22 of the other wall section 6 of them in a state to insert the ropes into the hollow sections 8 and 15, and the semi-circle cylindrical bodies 1 and 2 are loaded to the ropes in a closed state. Then, sealing member 40 provided to end wall sections 7 and 14 adhere to the ropes, and sunlight to the inside of the cylindrical main body 4 can not be permeated.
