<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a capstan motor control characteristic by a simple circuit composition in a tape driving device using a capstan motor. SOLUTION: A speed detector 4 detects a speed of a capstan motor 3, and a microcomputer 1 comprising a first control means, D/A converter circuit 11, and a low-pass filter 5 generate a control signal for the capstan motor 3 according to the speed information from the speed detector 4. A driver circuit 7 generates a driving voltage to drive the capstan motor 3 according to the control signal from the low-pass filter 5. Also, the microcomputer 1 comprising a second control means, and transistors 8 and 9 instruct the driver circuit 7 to generate a maximal driving voltage. Thus, the control characteristic of the capstan motor is improved in an intermittent feed mechanism of the tape and track stopping positions can precisely be controlled.</p> |
