SUSPENSION DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the effect from exerting upon a floating characteristic of a magnetic head slider of an input and output signal lines and also to reduce electric resistance of the input and output signal line. SOLUTION: A load beam part has a terminal supporting part 11a projecting out on a side part of its base part and bent at an arbitrary angle with the surface of this base part, and a flexture part 10 is formed with a 1st connecting terminal part 14 positioned on one end part of this flexture part 10 and connected electrically with the magnetic head slider, a 2nd connecting terminal part positioned on the other end part of the flexture part 10 and a connecting conductor connected with these 1st and 2nd connecting terminal parts on both ends respectively as a thin film pattern of them. In order to direct the 2nd connecting terminal part positioned on the terminal supporting part to the side of the base part of the load beam part 11, the other end part of the flexture is fixed on this terminal supporting part 11a.
