<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire laying wheel in which a high frequency noise can be prevented surely from propagating to a telecommunication unit located in the vicinity of wire laying work. SOLUTION: High frequency noise due to spark discharge being generated on a sheave at the time of wire laying work is shielded by means of shields 2, 3. Alternatively, the metal sheave 1 in a wheel body is coated, on the surface of wire passing groove, with a conductive butter material 4 and the shields 2, 3 are provided additionally. The shield 2, 3 comprises a side wall having larger diameter than the sheave 1 and being applied from the outside of supporting frame of the wheel body, and a circumferential wall covering about one half circumference of sheave. The side wall is preferably secured to the supporting frame by means of screws thus covering the sheave 1 while conducting electrically with the wheel body.</p> |
