When a carrier signal is inputted at the input terminal, the first switch(600) controlled by the first control signal(408), is closed. Then, the charge of the carrier signal is charged to the first capacitor(604) with the peak value of the carrier being sampled. While the first switch(600) is opened, the charged carrier signal charge is held by the first capacitor(604) and is provided to the selection part(406) as the first hold signal(416). On the other hand, the second switch(606), in reply to the first reset signal(408), is switched, and the first capacitor(606) is completely discharged to hold the next signal. The second sample end hold part(402) receives the input of the carrier signal thru the input terminal.
