PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent fresh vegetables and desserts, etc., from being heated by a method wherein in a container such as a lunch box in which articles to be heated, and articles not to be heated are mixingly housed, an electromagnetic shielding container which shields microwave being cast from the all surfaces, and at the same time, is equipped with holes of a size through which the content can be seen, is provided. SOLUTION: When being applied to a lunch box in which cooked rice and side dishes which need to be heated, and fresh vegetrables and a dessert, etc., which should not be heated, are housed, for a lunch 11, the lunch box 12 is partitioned by a partitioning plate 13, and cooked rice is placed on one side, and on the other side, a side dish 15 and an electromagnetic shielding container 16 containing fresh vegetable, etc., which should not be heated, are placed. The container 16 is formed of a material for which a member such as aluminum is laminated on a plastic container, and a hole of a size through which a content can be confirmed is made at least one of aluminum and the plastic container. By this method, when the lunch is heated by a microwave oven, the fresh vegetables, etc., in the electromagnetic shielding container 16 can be prevented from being heated. |
