<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an operation for the change or the like of an artificial root of a tooth smoothly, properly and easily by keeping proper osseo-integration for initially acquiring an in-jawbone implanted part buried in a jawbone, and preventing contagion. SOLUTION: A crown prosthetic appliance support part 4 is fixed to the in-jawbone implanted part 2 of a leg through the mucosa penetration part 3 of a neck by means of setscrews 15 and 17, so as to integrate the implanted part 2, the penetration part 3 and the support part 4 with one another, and an axial groove 7 is formed on the side of the in-jawbone implanted part 2. Also, an anti-rotation structure having hexagonal cross section is formed on the lower part of the coupling part 1 of the mucosa penetration part 3. Furthermore, a bearing structure is formed on the upper part of the anti-rotation structure. As a result, an operation to bury an artificial root of a tooch in a jawbone can be easily carried out, and the artificial root of the tooth can be easily handled. Also, osseo-integration can be easily acquired and, once acquired, is not lost, regardless of the application or the like of occlusal pressure at a clinical process.</p> |
