PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a radio base station for PHS (simplified portable telephone) by utilizing a subsidiary wire tensioned for erecting cables between electric poles. SOLUTION: A T-shaped hooking piece 3 comprising a neck portion 3a and a hooking portion 3b is provided at one end of a main body portion 1, and a tightening plate 2 is constituted by providing an anti-pullout piece 4 opposite to the hooking piece 3 at the other end. A long hole 8 made in a supporting plate 7 connected to the upper end of a suspending base plate 5 attached to an apparatus 6 is distributed in the intersecting direction of a cable subsidiary wire 9 located between the supporting plate 7 and the tightening plate 2. The hooking portion 3b of the hooking piece 3 linking the neck portion 3a to the long hole 8 is connected and the tightening plate 2 is assembled to the supporting plate 7. A tightening nut 12 is screwed to the tip of a tightening bolt 11 projected upward of the supporting plate 7 through the long hole 8 and the main body portion 1 of the tightening plate 2.
