<p>PURPOSE: To provide a buffer for which noise characteristics are improved regardless of the level of a power supply voltage by providing an output driving terminal and the respective circuits of a latch, a first gate, a second gate and a strap. CONSTITUTION: When the driving voltage of a data row is turned to a Vss level, the output level of the circuit 14 is turned to Vss, a TRM 8 is turned ON and the noise of a low level generated at the time of data output is reduced. A constant voltage generator 20 supplies a fixed voltage Vcon to a comparator 21 at all times regardless of the fluctuation of the power supply voltage Vcc and the comparator 21 compares the voltage Vcon with the voltage Vcc and outputs high signals when the voltage Vcc is high and low signals when it is low. A strap load 22 combines the output signals of the comparator 21 and the circuit 12 and is selectively boot-straped corresponding to the voltage Vcc. The output of the circuit 15 is added to the output driving terminal 10 and the TRM 9 is driven by the voltage corresponding to the voltage Vcc.</p> |
