SOLUTION: In the state of housing all hand pieces 1a-1d in a holder 2, pilot valves from 3-1 to 3-4 are cut off and chuttering prevention valves from 5-1 to 5-12 are communicated. When the hand piece 1a is detached from the holder 2, for example, the pilot valve 3-1 is opened, high pressure air is supplied to a chuttering prevention valve 5-16, and this valve 5-16 is cut off. Thus, a switching valve 4 is changed over, and the hand piece 1a is turned into active state. At the same time, the chuttering prevention valves 5-9, 5-5 and 5-1 are cut off, and high pressure air supply to the pilot valves from 3-2 to 3-4 is cut off.
