PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the emulation regardless of the frequency of data which are transferred between an emulation controller and an emulator by programming an emulation model, a test bench, a queuing extension control circuit, and a programmable dividing circuit to a logical emulator. SOLUTION: An emulator 100 can equivalently obtain various circuits by programming the proper value to an array of internal storage elements. The emulator 100 also can program the arraying way of external inputs/outputs 410, 420 and the input/output attributes. Then the emulator 100 includes an emulation model 110, a test bench 120, a queuing extension control circuit 130 and a dividing circuit 140. The test data are permanently generated to perform the tests by emulation as long as a finite amount of data are previously secured to generate an emulation test pattern in the emulator 100. |
