<p>The operation efficiency of the molding of an integral product is improved, and the compression of a material is timed easily, by using silicone rubber having a high elasticity, a high thermal resistance and a high mold releasability. A method of manufacturing an integral compression molded product out of silicone rubber by using upper and lower molds is provided. This method comprises the steps of applying a urethane foam mixture uniformly to an upper surface of horizontally retained silicone rubber, and compressing the resultant material by upper and lower molds for a predetermined period of time. The application of this mixture is carried out by a spraying system so as to obtain a uniform layer thereof. The silicone rubber can also be vacuum-sucked to an inner surface of the lower mold. Since silicone rubber is used, the operation efficiency is improved, and the running cost decreases. Moreover, a pressurizing operation can be timed easily, and even a molded product of a deep drawn shape can be manufactured beautifully.</p> |
