COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR MOLDING, MOLDING MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the utilization area of burnable waste and obtain an inexpensive composite material by including molten slag powder obtained by treating sewage sludge or burnable slag powder and a thermoplastic resin material. SOLUTION: Burned ash obtained by burning sludge or burnable waste is melted with ultrahigh temperature plasma gas and quenched to provide molten slag powder. The molten slag powder is mixed with a granular or flake-like thermoplastic resin material to afford a composite material for molding. The composite material is heated, fused and molded while pressurizing to provide the objective molding material.
