PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the management of lease objects in every post unit in an excellent GUI environment by visually displaying respective posts in accordance with the hierarchical structure of a company organization concerned and displaying the information of lease objects on the screen. SOLUTION: Data for the lease object of respective posts in the company organization are stored in a hard disk set up in a computer body 1. At the time of displaying the posts in the organization, division names, depertment names, section names, clerk names, etc., are displayed in a box. When an optional post is clicked with a mouse 4, the data of lease objects in the post are displayed on a CRT 2. When 'new addition' is clicked with the mouse 4, a new input picture is displayed on the CRT 2, and when 'object movement' is clicked, an object movement picture is displayed on the CRT 2. When 'delete' is clicked, a deletion picture is displayed on the CRT 2, and at the time of clicking 'print', a corresponding picture is printed out.
