<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a safe door by providing a rod body at an outer end portion of a swing door, which can move diagonally outward from the outer end portion of the swing door by means of a centrifugal force when the door is being closed. SOLUTION: A recessed portion A1 is formed respectively at the upper end and lower end of the outer end portion D of a swing door A. A rod body 1 with the outer periphery covered with rubber material is placed in the recessed portion A1. In the recessed portion A1, a guide groove is provided in a diagonal direction at the upper and lower surfaces, and the rod body 1 has a projected linking portion in a diagonal direction at the upper and lower surfaces. And this projected portion is linked to the guide groove in a freely slidable manner, the rod body 1 and the inner end of the recessed portion A1 are coupled with a spring in such a manner that the rod body 1 can be moved to the front outwardly and diagonally from the recessed portion by means of centrifugal force. Therefore, if someone's finger is located between the door and the door frame when closing the swing door, the finger will never be caught by the door.</p> |
