<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize by combining the borosilicate glass and the like in wave household electrical appliances which are industrial waste with steel making slag to for industrial purposes, such as concrete. SOLUTION: The borosilicate glass in the waste household electrical appliances and waste costing sand, etc., are used as neutralizing and reforming materials to be utilized for concrete aggregate, sand for sand piles, etc., to prevent the occurrence of pollution by expansion and decay and the elution of Ca ions which are the problems with the steel making slag. the basicity in the slag [CaO+MgO)/(SiO2 +Al2 O3 +Fe2 O3 )] is maintained at 0.4 to 0.7 by inducing a melting reaction. The borosilicate glass is used in combination in such a manner that B2 O3 attains 0.05 to 0.3% and basicity attains 0.4 to 0.7% as a neutralizing method.</p> |
