METHOD FOR GRANULATING FINELY DISPERSED MATERIAL

FIELD: methods of granulation of fine dispersion, powder-shaped, dust-shaped materials used in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, for preparation and utilization of dedusting products of metallurgical furnaces exhaust gasses in particular. SUBSTANCE: method of fine dispersion materials granulation provides for feeding of wet material on rotating plate of granulator. In the case before material feeding on plate it is added during mixing seeding particles of 50 - 300 mcm fraction in amount of 25 - 30 % of all material volume. Produced granules are sized by sieves. Output of good granules is increased by 4 - 4.5 times. EFFECT: significantly increased output of good granules. 1 tbl
