The object of the present invention is a nozzle (15, 19) for delivering liquid metal (5) into a continuous melt billet mold for flat metal products, the nozzle comprising two large surfaces (2, 2') and two small surfaces (3, 3'), of the type comprising two vents (10, 10') at the lower end thereof in their lateral wall, which are disposed in an opposite relationship with each other, and intended for delivering liquid metal (5) towards a small surface (3, 3") of said billet mold, and at least two orifices (16, 16', 18, 18', 29-35, 29'-35') disposed at the bottom of said lower end, characterized in that a first group (16, 18, 29-35) of said orifices is arranged in a lateral portion of a longitudinal symmetry plane of the nozzle (Iia-Iia, IIIa-IIIa, IVa-IVa) the vent axis being included, and in that a second group (16', 18', 29'-35') of said orifices is arranged at the opposite lateral portion of said symmetry plane (IIa-IIa, IIIa-IIIa, IVa-IVa).
