Disclosed is an automatic open/close apparatus for cover of loading box in a lorries car. In the apparatus, a power transmission axis(14) is installed on front of the loading box(10). The power transmission axis(14) is chain-coupled with a reduction machine(12). A guide rail(20) is attached to an upper side of rod(19) on the loading box(10). A rotator(32) which rotates the rotation supporting stage(30) is installed at rear edge of the loading box(10). An oil pressure cylinder drives the rotator(32). Thereby, opening and closing the cover of the loading box(10) are performed in convenience.
