PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-factor Xa.tissue factor pathway inhibitor complex monoclonal antibody and a hybridoma secreting the monoclonal antibody and provide a method for immunologically measuring the factor Xa.tissue factor pathway inhibitor complex by using the monoclonal antibody. SOLUTION: This monoclonal antibody specifically reacts with factor Xa.tissue factor pathway inhibitor complex (Xa.TFPI), but does not react with free factor X, free factor Xa and free tissue factor pathway inhibitor(TFPI). This hybridoma secretes the monoclonal antibody. This method for immunologically measuring factor Xa.tissue factor pathway inhibitor complex comprises using the monoclonal antibody.
