<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To liquid-tightly install a lock member to a mouth member without generating troubles in charging a material to be administered even when a communication needle or sterilizing filter is aseptically installed on a drain port or charging port by forming a seal means to be provided on a partition wall between chambers as a peel sealpart which can be peeled to be released from the outer side. SOLUTION: A cylindrical mouth member 7 of a charging port/mixing and injecting port 6 is liquid-tightly installed on a container 1, a material to be administered 102 is changed in a state a peel seal part 4 is provided, a rubber cap 8 as an elastic cap body is deposed on an aperture of the mouth member 7, a circular lock member 9 is fixed to the mouth member 7, and a circumferential edge of the rubber cap 8 is pressed to the mouth member 7 for liquid-tightly sealing the aperture of the mouth member 7. Materials to be administered 101, 102 in the container 1 are sterilized in high-pressure steam, a sterilizing filter 11 is contained in a cylindrical sterilizing containing part 10 which is integrally formed with the mouth member 7, an aperture of the sterilizing containing part 10 is sealed with a seal member 15, and the inside of the containing part 10 is gas-sterilized.</p> |
